My Approach

Life’s experiences can be challenging, taking us on an unexpected path. Whether you’re struggling with adjusting to a life transition, parenting issues, anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, or just not performing like you want, it’s important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. Together, we will navigate different ways of looking at and working through your struggles, while using proven science-based strategies.

My goal, as a therapist, is to help you discover and live your authentic life, while building the resiliency that you need to thrive. With a blend of trauma informed therapies, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness principles, I will actively partner with you to co-create your empowered and authentic self.

Your story matters, and you deserve a place where you feel safe, secure, and understood while going through your healing process. I strive to create a warm, inviting, collaborative and unpretentious approach to therapy. I have a passion for people and their stories. I believe in therapy and that everyone has the internal strength to endure even the hardest moments in life and I am honored to be a part of their therapeutic process.

If you are ready to work towards the life you have always wanted, contact me today and let’s get to work!

My Practice

Man facing the ocean

This is your space and respite from the chaos of the busy-ness, stress, anxiety and constant demands of life, both self-imposed and set by others. It is an opportunity for you to invest in yourself and your personal growth.

Together, we will identify problems, assess goals, and modify the treatment plan. Clients are invited to explore any thoughts, feelings, or concerns at any time; no topic is taboo.

“Our lives are a collection of stories – truths about who we are, what we believe, what we come from, how we struggle and how we are strong. When we can let go of what people think, and own our story, we gain access to our worthiness – the feeling that we are enough just as we are, and that we are worthy of love and belonging.”
